Abstract With the rapid progress of science and technology, industrial manufacturing processing technology have also developed rapidly. Industrial robots are widely used in many fields. In this paper, based on familiarity with structure principle 4 DOF robot, combined virtual simulation platform, kinematics analysis, modelling, robot studied. Firstly, is analyzed, coordinate transformation studied, designed. Secondly, D-H parameter modeling modelling achievements. Finally, kinematic analysis completed, some research results obtained.
